What Windows settings help to optimize Alpha Pro and TELE operation?

Disable all Windows resources that suspend system operation when keyboard and/or mouse are not used for a long period of time, like monitor and hard disks turn off (Power Options).  The system must be ready to broadcast information instantly at all times. Similar changes should be made in BIOS settings.

Disable automatic System Update and Windows Firewall in Windows XP SP2. Firewall slows down programs loading and file access, and automatic system update can appear at the most unsuitable moment.
